Jin Suh - President and Owner

Jin Suh is responsible for the leadership, strategic planning, corporate vision and overall fiscal success of the Company. With over 20 years of extensive experience in the high technology industry, Jin's vision of a focused streamlined service clearinghouse resulted in the creation of InteliSol, Inc.

Jin is a graduate of Yon Sei University in Seoul, Korea and the Wharton School of Business in Philadelphia and began his career as an engineer with Samsung Electronics Audio Division in Suwon, Korea in 1978.

In 1997 Jin Suh came to Fort Worth to lead AST as the Vice President of Service and Support. His years of experience and expertise were apparent to the turnaround effort of AST Service as he consolidated the Americas operations to include Canada and South America, reduced spare parts inventory from $37 million to $17 million by initiating new guidelines for usage forecasts, repair turn-around times, and inventory turns. He restructured traditional processes by establishing outsourcing business partners and re-engineering work flow processes. Managing a $60 million budget and over 700 employees, Mr. Suh completely revised and restructured call center management, the field service network and the company's process automation.

Jin is committed to developing his people and the organic growth of InteliSol through the expansion of our core business as well as targeting Aerospace and the Medical sectors.


Joe Howard - Executive Vice President

Joe Howard directs all operations activities for InteliSol, which includes the management responsibility for Technical Support, Logistics, Depot Repair, Field Service, Metrics, Strategic Planning and Service Level Agreements. In addition, Joe works with our clients to insure top level integration and attention to the ever changing landscape of our services.

Mr. Howard is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts and holds numerous technical and business management certifications from such world-renowned organizations such as Microsoft, Crestcom, Franklin and the United States Air Force. Mr. Howard is a veteran of the USAF, serving as a flight officer and instructor with Top Secret clearance.

Joe Howard joined the InteliSol team in 1994 as a part of AST's technical support staff. He brings over 21 years of exemplary leadership and management experience, 11 years being in the technical and customer service arena, to InteliSol.

Joe brings a high level of problem solving expertise to our clients and has established a lean and disciplined operational culture at InteliSol.


Joyce Ouellette - Tennessee Operations Manager

Joyce Ouellette is the Operation's Manager for InteliSol's Tennessee Operation which includes numerous phases of the Reverse Logistics and Supply Chain Initiatives. Joyce brings 20 plus years of experience in the Customer Service and Technical Industry.

Joyce manages Component Screening for Memory and CPU testing, Hi-pot Adapter testing for Notebooks, Teardown testing and disassembling of systems for functional parts, Safety Capture systems returns.

Prior to joining InteliSol Joyce worked for the Dell Corporation at the Tennessee Campus. She joined the InteliSol team in 2008.


Brad Cooper - Information Technology Manager

Brad Cooper manages the IT Staff and Projects including software deployment, software support, network infrastructure and security for the InteliSol shop floor systems, internet and intranet web sites for all InteliSol sites. He has held the IT Manager position at InteliSol since 2004 and is the Project Lead for InteliSol's IT software and hardware deployments in Fort Worth Texas, Lockbourne Ohio and Lebanon Tennessee.

Brad has worked in the Service Logistics industry for over 25 years in positions including IT management, business analysis, programming, purchasing, planning, inventory control, training and technical writing.

Prior to InteliSol, Brad was the Senior Business Analyst for AST Computer Worldwide Operations and was the Project Manager for AST Computer's Service ERP software deployments in Hong Kong and Canada.

Brad's experience and unique skill set in Service Logistics and Information Technology is a real point of difference for InteliSol. Unique communication requirements and IT platforms require a high level of customization and integration to accommodate our client's legacy systems.


Dean Bratanovic - Senior Manager Engineering and Development

Dean Bratanovic is responsible for developing, supporting and overseeing engineering activities, engineering R&D, establishing processes for new business and improvements for existing processes.

Dean joined InteliSol in January 2009, bringing with him broad and deep technology knowledge for test engineering, computer hardware & software, depot repair and refurbishment, OS image deployment solutions, ability to architect a solution and transform that vision through execution into the solution.

Dean has applied these skills in a number of challenges, including a unique solution for SSD and PCIe SSD drives data wipe. This innovation enabled InteliSol to be the only authorized Dell vendor worldwide and recipient of Dell's "Most Innovative Partner & Site" award for 2013.

Prior to joining InteliSol, Dean has worked 10 years for Gateway Inc. directly and indirectly by providing support to In and OOW business partners in several states. His expertise was predominant in OEM level testing, remanufacture, depot repair and refurbishment of desktop, notebook and server systems and automated Windows OS image deployment.

Dean's engineering expertise adds a unique dimension to InteliSol by offering innovative and economical answers to our clients most complex operational challenges. Often times, Dean will find solutions that dramatically impact margins.
